A lil’ something to say thanks

Whether you’re sticking around for weekly recipes or decided now’s not the time, I still want you to walk away with something that makes your life (and meals) a little easier.

So I’m handing over two of my go-to recipes that check all the boxes: nutritious, delicious, and realistic for busy AF days.

🥗 Mediterranean Farro Salad

Packed with plant-based protein, fiber, veggies, and FLAVOR. This baby is endlessly flexible! Top it with grilled chicken, salmon, or keep it vegetarian. Wanna fall-ify it? Swap out the veggies for your personal favorites- I think shaved Brussels, roasted butternut squash, and some kale would be delish.

🥞 Protein Pancakes (No Powder, No Problem)

36g of protein per serving, and not a chalky scoop in sight. These are made with real food- oats, flaxseed, hemp hearts- and loaded with fiber, omega-3s, selenium for thyroid health, and slow-digesting carbs to keep you fueled. Spice them up with cinnamon, blueberries, or a little pumpkin pie moment. Whatever you’re into.
